We went October 2020, no money down

Deal was cash on delivery which went from :

I told the guy, professionally

To shove the spa up his ass.


Spa would had been $25,000
$11,000 to dig the hole, concrete slab
Plumping, electric
Etc.

Thus, I just saved $$$$
