I did a non-stop there and back, like 8-8.5 hours each way. Just read a book.
Few years later flew from O'Hare to Istanbul (to get to Athens, don't ask). 11-12 hour flight, didn't sleep a wink, didn't even use the bathroom. Same on the flight back. Might have been easy on me since it was Turkish Air and their economy seats were like business class, or I guess economy plus now.
