He actually built the entire deck around their giant ass 41' long pool (dk how wide it is) basically by himself, little help from his dad I think. Lmao

We sold our house in 1 day in St.John. Now to the in-laws for probably around 7 months, while our house gets built.It sucks but now is the time to sell.

I'm so tempted to sell my house FSBO right now. Neighbors mom is a real estate agent and knows we're going to build so she actually drove some buyers past my house just to see it lol. I've put zero feelers out there and have already had two agents i know tell me they have buyers for me at over $300k
