is it the older brushed 3 speed? If so, with the 4ah I have never had a problem with wheel lugs or any sort of rusted nut.

Yeah it is....people raved about it, but it wouldn't take off lugs with the 2ah batteries and more than my fair share of rusty bolts on the old Flex...it does fine with the GTI though. Did my winter swap a few weeks back and not an issue...
