Not sure what the play was there.
He laid out the correct roadmap....Kelley to Hendricks.
Kelley had 2 outs and an 0-2 then started nibbling.
Tony has made questionable moves, but he's not out there fielding, throwing, pitching or hitting.
Fans need to start holding the players accountable....some examples:
Abreu .207 .615 OPS
Grandal .163 .508 OPS
Pollock .210 .548 OPS
Harrison .158 .519 OPS
But sure, let's rail on TLR.
Are you trying to tell me he didnt have better options in the pen other than Banks who is a lefty and a rookie at that. Stanton has murdered lefties his whole career and Donaldson isnt no slouch either. You 100% have to go with a right handed pitcher there unless your lefty is one of those proven get right handers out type of specialist.
No fucking way can you be surprised at Grandal and Harrison, they both suck. You got a 73 million dollar catcher that takes more walks that gets hits and you can run on him all day. Harrison the SUX 100% cheaped out on at 2nd, so many better options were available last off-season. I cant say I was shocked as thats how your jew bag owner operates.
Abreu will come around and be right around his career averages, unless he is pushing 45 and not 35 lmmfao.
Pollock was a decent trade considering what they gave up. But his track record with injuries had to be a bit concerning. Again they cheaped out, Castellanos was there for the taking AGAIN and they passed on him AGAIN.
