the trailer almost had to have trailer brakes, i dont know if ive seen a car trailer without them.

Legally speaking tandem trailers from 1-3500lbs capacity don't need trailer brakes, from 3501-5000lbs need at least 1 axle with brakes and 5001+ every axle needs trailer brakes.

i believe this is a 6 inch drop. truck is lifted 6 inches, if that helps...

this thing has seen some stupid fucking weight in its day. I know orignal owner towed at least a 20 ft enclosed with race car and tooling... plus the stupid shit ive done with it

Walmart, farm and fleet, tractor supply, etc generally have a decent selection. Or just Amazon one.


If it's a tow dolly I wouldn't worry using what you have but if you're talking a heavy car trailer and the gtp, ehhhh.

yup. hitting up tractor supply tomorrow for that exact one. I remember seeing those but only in flat type deals so I thought they were for recovery. I dont tow at all really, but I might get one for this trip. Also may be trailering the camaro a few times next year soooo
