TCG Tour is back again in Wisconsin and Upper Michigan for our 2022 Tour. New roads, different scenery, less driving, shorter hikes, and more shenanigans. See The Wisconsin Northwoods, The Keweenaw Peninsula of Michigan, Marquette, Munising, Green Bay, and Milwaukee. Overnights in Rhinelander Wisconsin, Hancock Michigan, and Harris Michigan.

I have an acquaintance that has a cabin just south of there in Wetmore. Should see if he wants a dozen or two cars showing up for beers.

I know a lot of you are thinking Wisconsin? Michigan? again? With two Lake Michigan Circle Tours and last year's Mississippi River Tour, this area is really the staple of TCG. We will be going to 100% new and unvisited places and frankly, this is as good as driving gets without spending 10+ hours each way just to get past the boring flatland cornfields of fly-over states.

Gas, as well as hotels, will be expensive and we will most likely be impacted by staff and supply shortages again but this will be another memorable trip with TCG'ers.

I might have an open seat as well, but undoubtedly Pete's would be way more fun!

If Thirdgen89GTA goes I might team up with him.

However, I did say that if the group was large again that I would get a much higher powered (40-50 watt, instead of the 0.5 - 2 watt handhelds) GMRS radio rig with external antenna and stay at the back to keep an eye on things. Wouldn't want to wire in the rig and have an external antenna scratching up someone else's paint . Friend of mine might let me use his backup unit from work.
