Probably both. If you already have a target on your back, bragging you have more left in it only helps your competitors to decide to turn it all the way up against you.
But I don't doubt there is direction behind the scenes for many of them.

I don't really follow the big tire NPK stuff it kind of ranks up there with Pro Mod racing for me.
I like drag racing.
Dave has been building a 2nd C7, reusing the chassis under his 70.5 Camaro. But I think he decided to sit out the year, he only went to the US131 race they held. The second C7 is lighter.

The Australia show is kinda “blah”. I kinda want to see the next NPK show with all the Lizzy Kye drama…and the racing, of course.
I also think I read and heard murder nova say that some of the bigger racers have “engine programs” with Proline for example. You pay a monthly amount and are given an engine. When it fails you get another. Sounds kinda like a lease. I’m sure it ain’t cheap.
Plus with running aluminum rods those engines are coming out on a regular basis for maintenance for new rods, bearings and rings.

My comment was a joke more than anything. Since he claims he's the fastest on the street.
I'm not sure Big Chief did much, or any, radial racing. He's never raced anything of this caliber on the street. You won't find a car like that on the street. It's cool to see many of those guys building and racing small tire stuff on the street. Because that is a challenge compared to those huge tires they usually run. Seeing them on radials would be something else
kinda miss chief. His vids and shit with his lady friend are pretty meh and stopped watching a long time ago.
Ya, I just can't get into their videos. Jackie was always cool to hang around at the local tracks. She is nice. But just low energy for YT videos. And she just repeats and agrees with Big Chief.

I can’t seem to find when the new no prep kings is gonna air. The new racing no prep season is already starting and no show from previous season
One of my friends said this year it's only available streaming.
