Don't have much of a choice, that 1 car bay is so far back that it just doesn't work with the slope of my lot. Yard would be at a stupid slant behind it. I'm pulling that forward, making the slab 25' long for that furthest bay, then putting a 10' workshop behind it with basement underneath. That'll help solve the grade issue and also keep some heat in the back corner of the house
