im betting it being fox lake/ingleside and those schools kinda keeps the price at bay- but holy fuck what a neat setup

so I don't understand that at all. why would someone buy that in McHenry vs the same thing, potentially cheaper, here in Inverness or even Palatine? literally half the time to get to anything (city, airport, etc).

I doubt you could find this amount of property or size house for comparable down der... but bigger picture.
I, like many people out here, have ZERO desire to live in or near Inverness or Palatine, shit, I don't even want to go there for anything ever, just as you likely don't want to live out this way.

i go to ohare maaaaaybe 3-5 times per year and even then, the 55 minutes isn't a big deal at all.

Because it’s adjacent to the the Chain and anyone on or with access to it from their property believe it automatically makes their shit worth 2x reality.

Inverness is one acre minimum? Altho I guess it might be hard to find something out here that is that small?
