We saw a house about 2 months ago that the whole back yard was mulch and weird plants and a few trees. It’s a corner lot so the grass was on the side of the house and in between was a massive fire pit. All the homes are on a little over an acre and a beautiful neighborhood the major problem was the house backed up to train. Lmao fuck all that my girl was like we should bid on this house I said u must be on drugs. It’s still for sale

Finally closed on my old house. All said and done what a nightmare! Even with the offer being as-is with no inspection, I was forced to have a hand rail installed, the house appraised low and the closing got pushed. Buyers didn't want to work with me on any aspect of the deal, if it wasn't this time of year I would have walked away. Water under the bridge I guess.

This is just the beginning, many houses are still over priced, even with a “ market adjustments” in my area which is talked about in that article.

Once again Florida has always been a speculative market with housing going back to the 1920’s selling swamp land.

There is going to be some good buys in the future with single family homes… condos are going to be a mess with HOA fees those are going to tank..
