We also need to standardize realtors showing fucking garage pictures. That's a 3.5ish car garage, with only the two doors, and it's pretty deep with a large ceiling so a lift or two could easily be put in there.

@Flyn

Really though. Back when I was looking at houses one listed in the description a 5 car garage, said it was a "car person's dream". Think they'd snap at least one pic of the garage? Nah

This listing is killing me. Lvl flrs

Place just went up for sale down the street from me. Middle eastern family, all windows covered 100% of the time with paper, in ground pool sat half full off water all year round with no fence around it. I was really curious what the place was going to look like inside.

on a scale of 1-10 how uncomfortable does this house make you. for me it's a 7. it just gets worse as you click through the pics

seems like it's worth maybe half their asking price, at best.

Did 1985 Ronald McDonald use this house and kitchen for a porn video?

Is it only worth it due to land value? Like, I'm super confused on who would buy that for more than $300k for the lot.
The lot, pier etc are worth $. And the house itself is probably fine, it doesn't look bad from the outside, but obv needs a full gutjob inside and personally i'd paint the brick white. So if you can get the house for 5-600k and spend 300k on the reno, and have a nice 6kft house on the lake for under a mil, that's not bad.

really doesn't matter though because the owners are obviously delusional.

yeah in 1991 when everyone was building split levels and two story homes,, who the hell thought this place up

imagine having 6300 sq ft yet this is how you design your kitchen, wtf

All of the cabinet pull hardware was done after the install. Those cabinets didn't come with them, you used the wood grain area to hook a finger on and open. I know, I used to have them in my house. All MDF and heavy as fuck. But could take a beating. But between them and the fridge the color really ties the room together, like a rug! :ROFLMAO:
