Mine is rotting out at the bottom as well and I hate the placement. Imo a shed should be tucked in the back of the yard somewhere and they built mine right next to the back door. I might tear it down to open up more patio space and buy a plastic one from Costco or Sams and put it in the back of my yard

I love it. Wish I would’ve went bigger. But I’ll be doing a dedicated garage the next time so that will be just fine for ATV’s and lawn equipment. There’s a 20x20 garage just to the right of it as well, but that’s leaning pretty hard at this point

And the new ATV/ Sled shed up in Hayward we built a couple years ago.

Brick shithouse. Built on 12 16” x 60” deep sonotubes to get below the frost line. On adjustable feet to level it if ever need be.

Kind of what I'd like to do. Double the width of my current shed so that I can move the ATV into it during the winter, make more room in the garage, maaaaayyyyyyybe for another motorcycle. Would want to insulate the shed and do a small thermostat heater so the ATV isn't subjected to sub-freezing temps.

Dude, weak. I'm sorry

Maybe insurance can help

:fu:

Yeah I contacted my Insurance, I'll see what they have to say. The shed was on its last legs anyway. Time to upgrade, but materials are 3x what they were so that sucks. I'd love to build a 2 car detached with a lift, but don't think the wife (or my wallet) will go for it. I can build anything I want up to 150 ft2 without a permit in McHenry County, but may want to go a little bigger.
