Because I have food I’m his bro now, I can hear him purring because I gave him a price of ham from 3 feet away lol

Forgot to share this one. After being away from our cat for 3 weeks, as we had to leave her by my folks, this is what my wife saw as she showed up to my folks To pick her up. Sometimes Cats get a raw deal about their loyalties to their owners but our cat couldn’t be happier to see my wife. Thought it was a pretty awesome picture.

Hahaha! Great pic.
You're right about cats getting the raw deal in regards to loyalty.

My cat ALWAYS was waiting at the door for me when I got home from work.
My dog does not do this.

I walk in the door and no dog. Really, what dog does NOT wait at the door for their owners?
I usually find him sitting on the living room sofa just chilling, obviously too lazy to get off his ass and greet me.

Over the weekend we adopted an 8 month old Mini Australian Shepherd from a St Louis Rescue. Naming him Dexter because he literally slaughtered a rabbit the first night he was here in our yard. He weighs about half of our regular Aussies, so he is even more nimble and quick. A few clashes from our established dogs who are taking awhile to warm up to him, but they are getting to know each other and establishing social norms and a pecking order.

Well got bad news last Friday from the vet that the pup has to have the same knee surgery as he had last year. It is the other back leg and we were told by many people that this happens and common. He is close to 2yrs old so he should rebound quickly. The vet gave us a decent discount which was great and much appreciated.

After both back knees being done he should finally be able to be a puppy and grow into a crazy dog.

Recent sad face says it all!!
