The extended is perfect for me. Roomy enough for adults to sit back there and I can put my mountain bike or bmx bike back there with the seat folded up.

Rarely it's more than 2 people in the truck anyways.

riding in the back of a double cab/extended cab SUUCCCKS, not just for the people in back, but the people in front that have to scoot their seats up and i'd feel like a dick for making my friends ride back there for more than 15 minutes.

yeah i think extended/double just look weeeeeird. the 90's they looked okay but their crew counterparts look way better.

Long Bed is more important that backseat comfort to me. That being said I'd gladly drive a CCLB land yacht.

And I agree, passenger comfort is not a priority for me. You should be glad you have a seat.

Flat Load floor in a crew cab is a must per the wife. When we looked at the car show she didn't like the trucks with organizers or seat brackets under the seats.

Yeah, after running the gauntlet of single cab and extended cab trucks, I'll never be without a crew cab again.

Crew Cab 1500's with the 5' bed look goofy to me, but, 6'6"+ is mint.

That's pretty nice. My bottom seat folds up and the floor is fairly flat. The other benefit of extended cab is there's no B pillar. I once put a 32" bathroom vanity inside because it was raining out when I bought it

I think the new GMs don't have anything under the seat though so it is fairly flat. THe dodges have seat brackets and plastic shit. I can't remember the fords.
