The 10 rooms from my initial block at Holiday Acres have been filled. But they were able to add two more for us. Anyone who booked already, or will be booking under my block will be getting a slight discount. I know rooms have been paid for upfront for Friday so not sure when this discount will come off. Maybe at check-in?

I have confirmed with the hotels that we have just a few rooms left on our room blocks. (1-3).

The reservations and rate locks expire 30 days before arrival at all three hotels I believe.

If you haven't committed already the time is now as 30 days will be next week.

I gotta back out because my wedding is on the 13th, I haven't yet called to see if I can get a refund on the first hotel, but if not, I'll be looking to pass it on.

A complete headcount will be needed probably a week before the tour but not now. I just don't want to hear it when someone says:
