I wanted to get the details about the "official" hotels out so people can plan early. I cannot stress enough that rooms need to be booked ASAP. I was able to set up small room blocks with hotel management, and some have group rates. Please note that I am personally friends with the family that runs Holiday Acres Resort and have been going there for over 30 years. They will make our stay special but please be respectful of the property, other guests, and employees. You are representing me when I invite you to a place I frequent. We are also in peak season so all of these places will likely be extremely busy and short-staffed. At this time Holiday Acres has no more available rooms beyond our block. I will find a 2nd TCG Hotel nearby if our need goes beyond what I could reserve for TCG. Ramada has limited rooms available beyond our block, but we should have no issue at Island Casino for Sunday night as that is a 450 room hotel.
