No meme will ever be as funny as this moronā€™s takes on eberflus lmaoooo

Indy DC, Matt Eberflus is an interesting candidate. He's on the D side but he has brought an accountability mindset to Indy. That has been lacking for a while in Chicago. Take plays off, even if you are a superstar, and Eberflus will bench you.

You guys can see I'm leaning towards more of a hard ass type coach rather than the "I'm your buddy" types.

Eberflus will bring accountability to the team. Probably going to switch to the 4-3, too.

The Quinn part is a joke. Hence the LOL. Caldwell may not get a HC position. OC would be the next best thing. He has already shown interest in coming to the Bears.

I just read Eberflus was passing game coordinator in Dallas as well as LB Coach. Seems he has some offensive experience, too.

Eberflus so far, hits the ground running and is putting his staff together rapidly.

Eberflus uses a "lopes" (sp?) chart. Counts the number of plays where players are jogging. Instills a program where they are all gang tackling and playing 100% each play. Accountability which Nagy never had.

Olin Kreutz says Eberflus reminds him of Lovie. He's happy the Bears weakened the Pack by taking Getsy away. Likes the fact that there are now two former O linemen in charge of draft decisions.

Bears also brought Justin Fields out at the press conference. He is the clear, undisputed starting QB for the Bears now.

Eberflus owns the why. His strategy is called H.I.T.S. Don't transpose the letters.

Kinda wish we stuck with Nagy and Trubisky... Neither of them were really bad. Now the Bears start over again with a new QB that will go through a ton of different coaches, and youll get the same results you always get with the Bears.

Calab has what it takes to be a very good QB, not going to lie, but you can't develop a talent like that unless you get a stable coaching staff and a line to protect him.

The more things change, the more they stay the same.
