Sounds right, that night is a big blur. If it was in Cicero, and it was LP, Limp Bizkit, and Metallica then yes.
Wound up in Cicero partying with some 22 Boys afterwards. I never met these dues before that night, we met them at the concert and they lived walking distance from where the concert was. About 2am, we bricked some dudes driving by while we were in front of one of the 22 Boys crib. X BF of one of the dudes current GF or some crazy shit.
We were told we should leave as the police were gonna come, never seen them dudes again in my life lol. All I remember about them, was one of their names was Smiley and he had it tatted on his neck
I was hammered as fuck, along with my buddies that night.

I just remember stepping over countless others that were passed out on the fucking ground leaving....

Good times man.

This is truly incredible.

Basically because Kopech threw 9 strikes in a row!
I didn't see it, but I suppose some could have been "out of the strike zone" that the batter either swung at or fouled off. Regardless, it's 9 strikes in the books for 3 outs!

The full pitch mix of Kopech's accomplishment:

• 97.3 mph fastball (foul)
• 90.1 mph cutter (foul)
• 100.1 mph fastball (called strike)
• 98.4 mph fastball (swinging strike)
• 91.5 mph cutter (foul)
• 100.5 mph fastball (swinging strike)
• 91.1 mph cutter (swinging strike)
• 90.0 mph cutter (called strike)
• 100.1 mph fastball (swinging strike)

I watched the end of the game, the last strike out was a check swing on a borderline pitch. Pending how the ump was calling the game it coulda went wither way had the batter held up. I think the 2nd strike out was a check swing as well on a ball out of the zone

Sox play in a real league and division though.
So you were saying, this didn’t age to well for you did it?
The Cubs just swept what was the best team in the American League when the series started. Imagine that, the last place team in the shittiest division swept the best team in the AL, on the road at that. 2 of the games were shut outs and the other they only gave up 2 runs.

H Huggerorange73, go fuck yourself because no I’m not on some high horse over the 🧹. I know better with this team. I already know when they come back to reality you would try to throw this post in my face. I’m simply stating facts for the part timer.

So why with runners on 1 st and 3rd a 0 outs. Would you not have Suzuki bunt? They have a shift on for him and 3rd is almost in the outfield. Instead he strikes out.

Per Mr Part Timer "Sox play in a real league and division though."

Turk Turk since you didnt want to talk about my above post.
Can we talk about the mighty SUX getting swept by a team in the inferior league and worst division?

You know what else that sweep did. It gave the SUX the most losses in history before the All Star break!

#historicallybad
CHICAGO -- The White Sox became the first team in Major League Baseball history with 70 losses before the All-Star break after a 6-2 defeat to the Pirates on Saturday afternoon at Guaranteed Rate Field.

Agreed.

Last place Sox are in fact historically bad.

Pretty laughable that fans of an underachieving, last place below .500 team is shit talking.

Gotta love Chicago fans!
