Its really hard to get behind the Bears in this situation honestly. I mean I know Poles and Ebersuswhatever have a job and its a business and have to make business decisions, but your "employees" see what you do. If you treat one person like this, you are willing to do it to anyone. So why would you want to stick around to get treated like crap just because someone else drafted you?

This is more than just sports Its jobs in general. People who start new jobs that require managing previous employees really dont like them and try to get rid of them for their own people it seems.
