How does Daniel keep getting paid?

But Daniels, in theory, is a walking playbook. He would have the inside scoop on the plays the Bears could play coming out of certain formations, what audibles are likely, and forcing the Bears offenses hand with certain defensive formations. It's Nagy's offense, and Nagy hasn't really shown the ability to adjust
