My friend Dan G's 2017 Q50 went 10.61 last week at GLD, stock turbos. Y'all gotta lane.
That's moving. Top 3.3tt Stinger on stock turbos is 10.85 @ 129ish.

My little 2.5t is fine with it's role as a roomy 13 second work and family car that has reliably gotten me 36+mpg on the highway as I put on 24,000 miles per year.

I'm tempted to go to a 3.3tt when I trade this one in perhaps next year, but doubtful I'd turn that into anything more than a mid 12 second work/family car.

New stinger didn’t get the 3.5tt?

The 3.3tt is hilarious and fun to drive. Seems to always want to make boost and go.

Nope, kept the 3.3tt like the G70 has had since 2018. 3.5tt went into some other Genesis SUVs like the GV70 and GV80. Stinger is gone after 2023 model year anyway, so wasn't much point to throw it in there, I suppose.

My buddies stock 3.3tt g70 moves out pretty good IMO. I was reading through a bunch of reviews on the gv70 and the 2.5t didn’t seem like a slouch even in that vehicle. For the gas mileage consideration, it got me looking into the 2.5t option more given the good power output. I love what is coming out of Kia and Genesis.

Earlier this afternoon: 5.0 was a manual, and sounded like he wasn't going all the way to redline and also not shifting very quickly. I fully let off as we were approaching the train tracks while still on his bumper as I didn't know when to expect him to hit the brakes for those. I guess he was "Watching Me" in his mirror and stayed in it to finally put some distance on me after I slowed down. It was fun to stay right on his tail and make him sweat, though. Would've been better to be side by side at a light where we could both get on it for a full pass and he'd properly gap me, but wasn't meant to be. :)

2022 Stinger GT-Line AWD with 2.5t and JB4 on map 2. Temp was 55 degrees.

Yeah, I don't think he was expecting that.

Playing around with some vinyl wrap on the OEM winter setup. It's a pain in the ass for a first timer. At least the irregular pattern mostly hides my mistakes and poor trimming.

I only have one done so far. It would certainly be easier to Plastidip them, but I kinda like the camo/carbon pattern even though it's not very noticeable from a distance. Perhaps it'll be more apparent in direct sunlight (cloudy right now).

Dude, I didn't even know wrapping wheels was an option! I'd really like to get my factory wheels back to their original color, Hyper Silver. Had them redone (powder coated), which the quality of work is excellent, I just don't like the color, at all.
