🔧 BUILD Need a dent removed from my intake pipe

ok ya'll.. i had my intake pipe altered so i can use some locking collars and get rid of some of the rubber couplers and clamps.. in the process the pipe got dented.
i need someone to remove the dent..so can get the pipe re polished.

cant hammer.. the pipe has 2 90s on each end.. cant get a hammer insde it. well, guess, maybe i need a new pipe made.

Fill with water and seal the ends. Put in freezer.

cant seal the ends... i have these lock collars on them that attach to the other sections of pipe and\or the throttle body. here's an example

If it’s in the middle pipe no way a dent guy can get his tools to reach that dent.

2 stroke dirt bike pipes can be fixed by sealing each end and using a valve on one end with air. Usually doesn’t take a ton of pressure either.

Use a rubber plug. Go shopping in the plumbing section. Try a lot of duct tape.

Yep, or since it’s cold out sometimes, filling with water with both ends plugged can also work.

They have other was. They use dry ice or suction. Is the opening a good size? Maybe by inserting and rolling a metal ball over the area it would come out some?

What material is this pipe? If it's steel you can use a stud welder to pull it out. If it's aluminum whole different ball game. Aluminum has no "memory" to it so once metal has taken on a shape it can't really be undone like steel.

2 of these and an air compressor. Or some heavy bar bent so you can use it as a dolly and hammer and dolly out the dent. Or weld something to pull on in the middle and tap the edge until its flush.

Weasel a water balloon to that spot and let it freeze.

PDR guy might be able to get tools to that spot.
