One of the members of our Help Desk/Tech Support is out the door in less than two weeks, so they've posted the opening:

We pretty much support anything that has a screen, or can be seen on a screen... and even some stuff that doesn't. But I love where I work, very good team of people to work with - and benefits are good, too. If you have questions, I should be able to answer them, but I don't do the hiring.

I am not sure what it's going to be, honestly. I suspect at least starting 40k, depending on experience... but could certainly be more than that -it's been so long since I was at the bottom of the ladder. I am just not sure where they've set the range- but I would expect it to be competitive with the market. They made a big deal a year or two ago about having gone through the pay scale for our departments in our geographic location to make sure we're in target rage, whatever that might be.
