Yeah I'm leaning roll up because I didn't like the hard fold up I had on the Colorado. Couldn't see in the bed while it was up as it blocked the rear glass
The roll up I have flips back from the cab also if you want to access up front without rolling the whole thing or climbing in which I really like.

So a quick update. Installed the rear felt wheel liners from GM. Didn't take any before and afters but one thing I noticed over the winter was the snow and ice stick to those liners like crazy.

You can kinda see it from these pics.

Second thing and any other silverado/sierra owner can chime in but what is up with the super thin roof where the sunroof would be?

Thing pops and buckles under high water pressure and dryers from car washes.

Doesn't cause any noticable issues but it sounds like the damn roof is caving in from the inside.

Honestly I'm loving the 2.7 plenty of power for everyday driving. I haven't towed anything yet but unless it's Eagle Eagle camper I don't think it would complain much. I'm not sure how I feel about the auto stop "feature" yet as it can be annoying in stop/go scenarios.

From what I've read it's just as fast as a 5.3 but not as fast as the 6.2 but I don't know if that's true or not.

Is this a call out?

For the mileage, do it by hand instead of trusting OnStar or the on board computer. You'll be able to see how accurate those figures are. My truck (07) is close, but not that close. I use Fuelly track the mileage.

Mine is loud also. Sometimes I hear random popping sounds on the roof when I’m driving.

That’s crazy that a custom with a 2.7 liter has auto stop on it. What transmission do you have? My custom trail boss with the 5.3 and 6 speed in it does not have it. Which I’m happy about.
