If you indeed have an injector issue, just put a screwdriver on the injectors and listen. I do that when diagnosing injectors. Also, watch the injector pressure. I had to dial back my HPFP multiplier to keep pressure below 3000. I was constantly popping injectors. If the seal to the head is bad it’ll also produce a loud tick

Both sets of injectors are (probably) fine. Gonna still try and get them flow tested though.........cylinders 2 & 3 have no compression annnnnnnnnnnd when scoped using a mirror, I have bent valves. So I'm waiting to hear back about a fully assembled ported and polished head. Fuck. My. Life.

Pistons are fine, so the bottom end is safe at least.
