How much HP does a combo like this need to make to run 10.9s... Is it FWD?

My car has run a best of [email protected] an easy 10 second car if I could just get a better launch and air (if its easy, why havent i done it). I havent pushed hard this year though to hit 10s.

My buddy held the stock turbo record of like 10.7 or 10.8 with my mods and a gutted car. Guys have gone 10s with mid 400s. My car is probably making around 500. But not real clue.

Mine is AWD.
