I saw this, but a low mile R is a low mile R even if it isn't 100% factory. It probably would have fetched $30k+ more if it was left alone TBH. So stupid. These things will be worth shit when the JDM ones are running around all over the place in the next 5-8yrs with 30k miles.

So true. My girlfriend at the time bought a new type r back then. It was such a blast to drive winding it out to its redline. Relatively comfortable, handled well and looked really good.
