Nice! Definitely down to spectate. Sounds like the rules are open enough to allow a diverse field.

So no air-water intercoolers ?

I guess 03-04 cobras will not be allowed with their stock configuration intercoolers ?

If a car can drive 20 minutes, who cares what kind of cooler is on it ?

A air to water and a Heat exchanger that is seen on somthing like a 03-04 cobra are in two diffrent classes. The street car rules posted actually have a couple things that need to be updated due to this was not the final I copy that copied onto this page. I will edit my original post shortly.

Is the rowdy 85 class for the slowest cars in this event ? The tire width restriction is a very small tire . My 26" drag radials I run now are larger than the width size limit . And I consider my tires small . I would have to buy a hoosier slick to get a 26 x 8.5 .

Is the rowdy 85 more of a ricer class ?

Rowdy 85 seems a lot like the outlaw 8.5 or X235 class. There are a lot of tires out there for that size restriction. A 235/60/15 ET street radial will fit the rules.

Should have a lot of cars for this since it's almost identical to how the classes in kots are.

I do have a question about the rules though....

After the street car cruise. Are we allowed to change our tune-ups on the vehicle? Timing changes, fuel mix etc?

Street Car Class

General Rules and Regulations:
- Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah...
- No changes to the vehicle are allowed after Cruise expect tire pressure, Bottle exchange/Heater, or mounting of Parachute. Tires may be Changed as long as tire is within the required field.
Although they did say they still make amendments to the rules...

Hope they enforce it for the guys who just have handhelds or laptops.

I see this being a heavily boost favored field. Imo.
