Here's a link that gives you a glimpse of the heads on an LS block. MMR has been using GM motors for quite a long time. High horsepower is what they do.
Durability is even more critical if you are 50miles out to sea.

the intake design and cathedral type ports are very similar, and not hampered by the inline arrangement of the lsx

very similar I get but your not taking 496 heads and bolting them on a 6.0, that was my point, these are not bolt on's for a small block lsx motor because the merc QC4v is a big block same style as the 496 but with a bunch of awesome added
