Disclosure: The van is currently registered as a cargo van, NOT an RV. Therefore, you will likely be unable to obtain financing for an RV for this vehicle. As a result, you should consider this a cash purchase, or only being able to finance for a cargo van, not an rv.

Chassis: 2017 Ford Transit High Roof Extended Length DRW 10,360 GVWR 3.5 Ecoboost 3.73 LS. Approximately 8.5K miles. Full power, keyless entry, CD player, display with back-up camera, 10-way power heated leather seats, HD tow package with trailer brake controller, power heated mirrors, cruise, HD alternator, dual HD batteries, upfitter switches, 4 keys, Aux fuse panel, factory wheels powdercoated black, tinted windows, running board. Leading edges of cab ceramic coated for protection. Oil changes at 411 miles, 1244 miles and 8233 miles (1244 and 8233 changes were with Mobil 1 full synthetic and 20K miles filters).

Electrical: dual chassis batteries, (2) 100 amp Trojan Group 31 AMG house batteries, Stering 60 amp B2B charger, Progressive Industries EMS HW30C, Xantrex 2000 watt continuous 4000 watt surge inverter 55 amp charger with remote display, Blue Sea fuse block, Go Power! 200 watts flex panels solar system, 30 amp shore power service service, (3) 4 gang switches, 12 interior LED lights, 4 exterior LED lights, 32" CREE 240 watt light bar.

Plumbing: 70 gallons fresh water, 27 gallons grey water, two water pumps, 11.2 gallon Manchester undermount propane tank, residential faucets, Propex HS2000 propane air heater, Whale Expanse propane water heater.

Kitchen: 6' Corian countertop, stainless steel GE microwave, Dometic 80 Liter stainless steel refrigerator, two burner Camp Chef stove with quick connect to allow inside or outside cooking, large stainless steel bar sink, tile (vinyl) backsplash.

Bathroom: 30X24 shower with articulating shower curtain rod, ball valve shut off on shower head, Natures Head composting toilet, 30" vanity with Corian counter, large mirror, Maxxair Delux fan/vent.

Misc: marine vinyl ceiling, Garnica Europly plywood used for cabinets (stronger more solid core yet weighs 1/3 less than traditional plywood), Thinsulate SM600L insulation, locking glides and doors on cabinets, cabinets were predrilled, glued and screwed, Majestic 12 volt 32" LCD TV (only 40 watt draw), Heat Shield sunscreens for all cab windows, Skeeter Beater screens for cab and sliding door, carbon monoxide detector, couch cushions are high quality lux foam, couch folds out into a 50x80 bed with a Seeley Perfect Sleeper memory foam mattress topper, WeatherTech floor liner, Cover Craft Seat Saver covers. The van has no windows. A vehicle graphics installer installed black 3M vinyl vehicle wrap to give the appearance of windows.

A conscious effort was made in this build to use components that allowed a stealth look. All vented components vent thru floor, allowing for a factory looking van while providing all the conveniences of a full RV conversion. You won't get the care and quality of a build like this in a production RV. No accidents or repairs ever, never used to tow anything ever. Clean, clear title. Deposit is non-refundable.
