Still waiting on valve springs. Having the front bezels and grill touched up, so I thought it’d be a great time to upgrade and update the headlights/turn signal lenses. Went from halogen bulbs to H4 lights. The turn signal lenses are original and in really good shape but the black outline was faded and had faint scratches.

Last two pics, before and after. Big difference in person.

Those are a huge difference, did something similar in my 71 and night/day difference.

What G Body are you dropping that into and whats the plan for the BU?
No I’m trying to sell the trans to someone else who has a gbody to drop right in. Yes I pulled the motor because I was bored. Going to clean it up a bit and send it back in.

I got the trans part but misunderstood the other part.

Trans is going to a super rich dude in the Hamptons of NY. Said he’s been looking for a direct manual trans setup for over a year for a gbody.

I’m the meantime, I put solid motor mounts in, halfway to changing the wire loom to a nylon covering, built a template and cut some metal to make a block off plate for the old clutch assembly through the firewall.

It’s also confirmed, this car was a stick from the factory. I had my suspicions with no hole in the steering column for a shifter, but the guy that bought my trans noticed I also have the smaller brake pedal. Aahhhh, that’s pretty cool.
