There was a guy from Crystal Lake that use to. I'm sure he still does. I found him through LS1GTO.com

Did my own, $0.00

Remove 4 screws
Place sensor in a Ziploc bag (don't touch wires)
remove lock spring to remove screen
Sand down the inside of the aluminum casting (X2)
Polishing compound
Clean very well
Reassemble

Something I would rather pay people who know what they're doing. Porting, wiring and tuning are things I usually leave alone.

I believe my gain was 10-12hp. If I can recall correctly. But throttle response was noticeably better.

It's really not worth it which is why I have held off for now. Maybe once I get a stall and am trying to suck every last bit of power out to run a number I'll do it
