Hello everyone, making this thread to show my ls/Cd009 build in progress on my 240sx.
Me and my buddies started the Ls swap couple months ago.
We found "Ls" at the junkyard in some Chevrolet (forgot which Chevi was it lol)
So the junkyard Ls is a 6.0L
One of my friends was parting out his G35 so I grabbed Cd009 transmission out of it
My plan is to keep it N/A for now since I had barealy 150hp in my car before. So N/A Ls gonna be enough for now.
Plan is to put all new internal parts in Ls to fresh it up as much we can.
Here is the progress on it so far, I am gonna be updating this thread whenever we do something new??

Ls been stripped for new goodies to go in
Silky adapter plate to mate engine with transmission
Custom made oil pan for S13 240sx
Cd999 shifter relocation, so shifter gonna sit in orginal spot
Ls6 intake manifold and plan was to go with gto manifolds but they don't clear frame rails so ended up finding Cx racing manifolds for S13
Ls put back together temporally.
Heads were put back on temporary to put swap in the car for measurement to make engine/transmission mounts.
After mounts gonna be made ls gonna be send out to machine shop to get it washed and resurfaced then all new goodies gonna go in.
Me and my friend made custom alternator/powersteering bracket to clear Ls6 intake manifold
Ls mocked up by it self to see how much clearance we got around and how much tunnel gotta be pounded out to clear Cd009 transmission.
First mock up of Ls with transmission, tunnel gonna be pounded more sadly and modified a little to fit the swap how we want to
Entire wiring was pulled out from a car and now we gonna be making our own body harness with new fuse/relay box. To make it all much simpler. The ls gonna be having Terminator X wiring.
New headers made the swap to sit where we wanted to. Now we are ready to make engine and transmission mounts.
