9GB extra? How many cartoons are you streaming at once? You really need to be on a unlimited plan. Those Craigslist ads and repeated captcha are eating up too much of your data.
my mom typically uses between 3-4.
somehow she had something set in instagram to download videos in hd or some fucking shit and she burned through 16.5.
i changed to the unlimited plan the day we were talking about all this, the day i was notified.
still nailed me for 9gb of overage. im battling verizon support right now but getting nowhere.
a few pages ago i explained my sitch, i had 26-32 gb of data per month for around 30-40 less than the unlimited plan was going to run me, that had been plenty of data as we were typically using 12-14 as a whole. nice to save $40 a month this way.
then verizon upped the cost of my grandfathered plan, then somehow my mom burned through 16gb of data, annnnnnd vzw never told me i was close to going over (which they have in the past) and then just nailed me for 9gb of overage.
Oh I read it. I just mean in general. My parents are on an old grandfathered data limited plan as well and then my dad streams Pandora or his sirius through his phone and blows through their limit.
Shit I use at least 20gb per month on my owns. Our family of 4 averages about 40-50 gb per month.

I rock Xfinity Mobile and it works well for me. I'm rarely away from wifi enough to worry about going over the 20 gigs, it's "Unlimited" but throttles you after 20.
I had Spectrum Mobile down in Texas, same deal, same Verizon towers, so I was happy to see I could do the same with Xfinity. $40 a line for 2 lines of unlimited and solid cell signal.

battling customer service i got them to offer me $15 discount for forever for the not-making-me-aware of my overage bullshit, bullshit. ok cool. then i also got a "thanks for being a loyal customer call this number today" discount on friday i just called about and also activated.
so now im on unlimited plans, and my bill is $35 less than it was 6 months ago.
good call, you definitely told me to battle customer service after they forgot to mention an overage and that id get a loyalty discount text good call thanks for your service.
