ham's bore me because quite honestly, there isn't much to it. they are already cooked.

just go buy a good one and follow the directions.

prime rib goes on sale today at jewel for 6.77 a pound bone in.

or do a rub on a pork shoulder and slow cook it in the oven for 6-8 hours at like 250. Cover the first half or so. You can shred it into pulled pork or just eat as is, its fa king awesome.

pork shoulder was like 1.67 a pound at meijer last week.

Ham can be fantastic on the smoker. Initial flavor is candy-like, then a mild spice kick.

with it being precured it isn't going to pick up much in a smoker.
