Alright guys, I want/need a trailer and am looking for some info. I know there isnt a whole lot of excitement in the open trailer arena, but I am sure there is plenty to look for. So I have been wanting/needing a trailer for years and years. I would love a 20' tilt deck aluminum, but I dont have the cash to spend 10k on something like that. From my small amount of poking around, this seems like one of the best deals on a new trailer in the area(ish).
I have never heard of Rice trailers, but they seem to come up a lot lately. What is everyone's thoughts on steel deck vs wood? Are there brands or places to just totally avoid?
BTW I will be towing with my 2016 Diesel GMC Canyon. Its rated for 7,600lbs, and my car is heavy as fuck so lighter is better. I want to be at least 20' since the car is basically 16' long without a wing or chute
