Don't most bobcat's weigh just under 5,000 pounds? It's not like they're 15,000 pounds or something.

Look at that flange between the Y pipe and the flex pipe.

WTF is WRONG with these guys? That is SCREAMING 'This is where the Turbo goes' to me.

That model Bobcat isn’t heavy at all. Maybe around 3 tons and I’m pretty sure the same size CASE skid loader weighs more. I know for fact that my work truck can lift one off the ground because the smaller Bobs are (or used to be) a twitchy pain in the ass to operate (can’t stand the foot controls in bobcats). Lift arms and bucket are gone in the pic and the hydraulic rams are off too, that takes a significant amount of weight off as well.

Something tells me the LS swap is for fun and not function anyway. Regardless, I want to play with that thing.

Probably the biggest challenge they will have is the hydraulic pump and engine speed. They would have been better off swapping in a duramax.

That is what I was wondering. I'm assuming they have a diesel in there with a super low RPM operating range stock so any gas engine would be problematic.
