FWIW, I will only plan on adding a few comforts. The first thing I am doing is getting a good Viper alarm/remote start. Also, I am planning on a really nice GPS/DVD in dash unit and upgrade the interior speakers as well. If the seats end up uncomfortable for longer road trips, then I was planning on doing some seat swap or improvement. I am hoping the lack of carpet won't make too much more road noise. I like the rubber floor option because I am going to use this thing outdoors a lot.

That is the reason I was thinking of going with the lever. One less headache. And I like levers and shit that I can shift.

I am hoping to hold onto this truck for a long time and have it as our outdoor vehicle, so I don't want something too nice or I will be worried about it all the time like my Mustang. I just want something to have fun in and be reliable. Plus, I would like to try and fit that RZR in the truck bed if possible so I can haul that and a camper at the same time. Truck bed=60" and the RZR width=60". Going to be close.

Yeah, I was looking at that. Evidently someone sells an extension that plugs into the trailer hitch( I am pretty sure it also has a hitch that comes out of the extension) and has a platform that the rear tires sit on so the tailgate doesn't get stressed.

That is a really weird set up. Seems like a good idea in theory at least. That truck bed rack is tits though. I don't know if it is $2700 tits.

Looking at a couple more cheaper options. Some don't have the ability to still tow on top of loading a UTV up.
