Pork rinds, Moon cheese, cheese whisps, nuts (pecans, almonds, macadamia), country archer Beef sticks (no sugar). At one time Costco had sugar free beef jerky that was awesome but forgot the name. I'll also snack on olives, pepperoni, fatty cheeses, bacon...

And how's your cholesterol

We usually do a cauliflower crust pizza and this looks like a good alternative to make. Printed!

make sure you use a good full fat whole milk mozzarella and cream cheese. In between parchment paper and it rolls out just like traditional flour dough. Might take a few tries to get it right but once you do its great.

All the fat and saturated fat in those foods, no?

Just need to stay away from trans fats, hydrogenated oils, etc. There are plenty of good fats, we've been led to believe fat is bad for you and makes you fat. Its not. Its all the excess sugars snuck into everything we eat. That excess turns into body fat and it also doesn't help that sugar is arguably more addictive than cocaine

It’s true that saturated fat increases well-known heart disease risk factors, such as LDL (bad) cholesterol and apolipoprotein B (19Trusted Source).
However, saturated fat intake tends to increase the amount of large, fluffy LDL particles, but decrease the amount of smaller, denser LDL particles that are linked to heart disease.
Plus, research has demonstrated that certain types of saturated fat may increase heart-protective HDL cholesterol (19Trusted Source).
In fact, numerous large studies have found no consistent association between saturated fat intake and heart disease, heart attack, or heart-disease-related death
