I have a fix in mind but havent implemented it yet.

If this toolbar is not accessible:

Click the cog at the far right and it will be. By default, the button does NOT default to always on across all browsers / usage instances. So if you tap it by accident somewhere on the phone or desktop and then go to make a new thread, it will remain off.

I'm going to have my dev make it so that its always on even when you turn it off (will turn back on the next time you post). Make sense?

And the new fix is live. Even if you toggle the toolbar off by accident, it will ALWAYS turn itself back on every time you go to use it again
