Want to take this car to the track once the nice air hits, but wanted to tighten up the rear suspension first. Bought some BMR parts through Pressure Ratio Pressure Ratio but unfortunately he wasn't willing to install...

Parts to be installed are BMR diff bushings and hardware upgrade(grade 12.9 hardware), BMR cradle centering sleeves, BMR LCA bearings, BMR billet vertical links, and FRPP toe link bearings.

Buttoned up the diff bushings/hardware and cradle centering sleeves today. Time for a few beers!

Working on the garage floor remonds me how much I HATE working on cars...lol. Also had to cut the stock front diff bolts out because the G Force half shafts have bigger CV joints than stock. greasy greasy my dewalt sawzall made quick work of those damn bolts! Haha

Got the control arms out just now. Much easier than I thought it was gonna be from hearing people talk on the net. Probably about 1.5 hours to remove both. The front inner bolt was the biggest pain to remove.

Now I need a press to get old bushings out and new bearings in!

Dropped the LCA's off at a biddies shop to get the new bearings pressed in. Hopefully have back tomorrow evening and fart around putting the car back together Thurs/Fri.

I stopped by the Vato Zone to rent a ball joint tool and did the toe link/knuckle bearings myself.

These LCA bearings are turning into a real pain in my stinker! Shop couldnt get them to budge with a 20ton press. Brought them home and used a little pipefitter experience and had em out in 10 mins total.

Now I have to either bring them back in to shop with press or go rent the ball joint tool again. Or just fab something up at work to draw the new ones in...

Decided to make my own install tool today. Not very pretty, but worked great! About 20 mins to make the tool and a couple mins for each bearing pressing it into the arm.

Well finished up the install about a week ago. Took it for a ride there is definitely a touch more NVH, but nothing horrible. Slight whine in upper gears and can hear the gear lash in the diff when taking off from a stop now. Steering wheel is off center too so taking in for alingment today.

The car shows modified 911 Turbos its tails. Im pretty happy with it! Haha

Old 911 Turbos are slow. Not really an accomplishment. lol

We'll see what happens. I'll be using the radials i have now and see how they do. If they totally suck Ill make switch to boas ply for next time

Slicks and 5k+ launches FTW!
