A little out there for "truck" but, I've been looking at these for a little while now. Size of a tahoe, 4x4 and Diesel. Engine is the same architecture that's in the MB sprinters, same transmission. Reliability seems great, and, close to 30mpg is kinda nice too.

Looks wise they're kinda meh. The AMG wheels help though.

Yuck, Outlaw is getting fancy on us. Not sure I can handle that

I've always been fancy, I've simply been in a position where necessity outweighed desire for the past few years.

FWIW if I could buy a diesel Tahoe I would, the Germans just seem to solve the problems the domestic MFR's wont. Like giving me a full size SUV that gets 30mpg and can tow 7,500#'s.

Just like them giving me a fun to drive car with good suspension and brakes and a 5-speed, but also 50+ MPG even with 270,000 miles on the ODO.

oh holy shit.

H3 Differences between H3 Alpha, Adventure, and Lux?

Alpha= v8
Adventure= 4:1 t-case and rear locker

The adventure package is more of an off road package that gives you the 4:1 gear ratio for 4lo. The non-adv uses a 2.6:1 ratio and no rear locker. The 09s and 10s also came with a front locker.

i didn't know the 4lo gear ratio was changed also.

fuck these things are cool as shit.

id love to get a 5 speed 09/10 adventure package with some rock protection and go try to get stuck places in wisco/UP
