It's pretty liberating though because if I'm not going to be able to enjoy the car or put energy in at the track, it's just a stressor. Got a new offer on the house that should close the first 1-3 weeks of August and car might be gone this weekend if this WI guy shows up to buy the car and trailer.

Hope it all goes right for ya. We just met with 2 builders this weekend in Tennessee, getting the design done so we can put a budget to it. Hope fully my second garage with breezeway to first garage doesn’t destroy it! Lol

A new construction loan is way different than a simple mortgage for sure! Especially when it’s out of state.
My sister and bro in law running into some issues with that now. Will definitely keep you updated on the process
