Heading to southern Spain again, after two years of the pandemic finally I can resume traveling the world.

This time I am taking my GF with and we are flying to Madrid and renting a car, from there we are headed south to Granada, Malaga and Córdoba for a week, we plan on visiting all sorts of architecture as many churches as possible, also going to visit all the tapas bars.

I’ll keep this thread updated with pics as we go on the trip, if ya’ll got Snapchat you can follow along too.

Day 1 in the books, spent the day in Madrid and ate some great food, we were super tired and jet lagged but we made the best of it, today we start our road trip to Granada.

Day 2 comes to an end, 4hr road trip to Granada lots of tapas, tinto de verano and lots of walking around.

If I only had more time next year, Europe road trip for sure...3 weeks is not enough.Spain and Portugal I'd love to see. Have fun dude!

Day 3 done, the food here is just out of this world, churros in some thick chocolate for breakfast then we went to the Alhambra which is the main attraction in Granada, tons of walking and some beautiful architecture basically a fortress, dinner afterwards was probably the best meal I’ve ever had in my entire life.

I have been here before but initially I did my research online, I usually just do my own thing and wonder around, talk to the locals and find out the good spots.

It’s close enough where I can understand most of it, they do use different words than us and sometimes it’s hard to pick up on that.

Day 4, we left Granada and worked our way towards Malaga, went to the beach then had some tasty seafood.

Only staying one night here and it was mostly just to see the beach.

Gas here is expensive! Works out to about $7 a gallon but the freedom of having our own car and move around as we please I think it’s worth it.

Leaving early in the morning and heading to Córdoba.
