Jalapenos? Of course there are jalapenos. With seeds. Chili needs some heat.

Here's the secret that wins chili cookoffs for me. Chuck roast chopped up to put a bite of "steak" in ever spoonful.
Used my 2nd biggest pot. No dice. Had to transfer it to my biggest pot. 2-3 hours at simmer and it will be taste time.
