Car is spotless underneath as it should be. A little rust on the diff is no big deal. I probably should have had it powder coated when I had it out but oh well.

I know everyone loves fluid film, but I won't use it. It's lanolin aka wool wax. It's not petroleum based, it bio-based. It will quickly oxidize and fall off, which it did on my truck. Might as well use bacon grease.

It's good for farmers because they can spray it on equipment and not worry about it getting all over the ground. But I bet they reapply every season.

I read this yesterday too and I had the immediate thought of... "Now you have to pull all those 22k trucks back in and install something you were waiting on?"

Or are they just gonna ship them off to dealers and have them install the necessary parts?
