Citi Double Cash and I just checked, its 3.9 not 2.9. I might have a 2.9 offer as well, but will have to check.
Why not just open a new card with a 0.0% introductory rate?

I dunno. I’ve had offers in email that say like 3-4% on the balance, but then 0% apr for 12-14 months.
