Planning on snagging a hybrid but anyone go absolute fucking nuts with these high end luxury grills in efforts of obtaining the real deal steak house quality?

This natural gas grill is decent but doesn't really fit the space nor the house.

Ya I think they need to get to 900-1100 degrees. I don't eat steak all the time so for sure needs to be a hybrid as conventional seems better for everything but beef... :obama:

fwiw i can hit this temp pretty easily on my used nat gas weber summit.

ive never used an infrared grill i liked, but they were never high end.
