Having a home built and don't want to pay extra $ for an extra few square feet of concrete for a "patio?"

Call QDC to build a deck:

have some odds and ends that need to be finished ? no problem.
My brother finished a bathroom that a girl from work and her husband started in May.

it was complete just in time for her Halloween party.

looks like he does real nice work. couldn't help but wonder why not tile that whole back wall though with the open shower like that.

He followed the layout of the previous design, per the client's request.
The wall is a bit higher with the 12" tile.
The glass shower surround will be installed this week

Does he do electrical and drywall patch?

Sure does, give him a call.

John does really nice work and is good to work with. He did a fire door from my garage to family room. The rough opening was off, so he had to take a lot more time fine tuning the door to make sure it closed properly and had an airtight seal.

This reminds me that I need to text him back about doing some crown molding and tile backsplash.

John just finished up at my place last week, he took a bathroom from the studs, to being prepped and tiled (shower stall and floor), I'll get some pics up.

Super reasonably priced, was happy to answer my million questions, and has been generally very easy to get ahold of (which is normally rare for contractors)
